A Fortune 100 US-based insurer wanted to embed their CEO’s emphasis on strategic awareness within the organization. We partnered with them to develop strategy learning experiences for three different target employee populations.
The courses were aimed at high performers who were earlier in their careers, those that were mid-level managers and a senior tier of leaders. Each course was tailored for its constituency while still carrying consistent themes throughout.

A household name, this firm wanted to reward its high performing finance staff while also building skills for future roles within the organization. Participants were nominated globally for one of 36 prized seats in the annual Finance Leadership Academy.
We partnered to craft a curriculum that brought together skill development with a real-world case study that firm was facing for teams to present to the global CFO. We infused the voice of the firm’s leadership throughout the experience to add opportunities for the cohort to continue building out their professional networks.

FORTUNE 100 PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY
One of the leading global biosciences companies engaged us to help elevate their project managers’ consulting skills. Project managers play a critical role in advancing the major initiatives within the company, so its leadership wanted to invest in these areas such as stakeholder management and root cause analysis.
The course was initially envisioned as an in-person delivery but pivoted to virtual in light of the pandemic. As such, the course became available globally and filled in minutes. We are now scheduled as a regular offering on the company’s Learning and Development platform.
