Ed was a founder and later Head of CEB’s Leadership Academies.  Here, he oversaw the $25 million business including design, facilitation, client service, and operations.  In a prior role at CEB, Ed served in a consulting capacity to Chief Financial Officers and their teams.  Recently, he has delivered senior-level workshops at Merck, Progressive, Marriott, and numerous other clients.

Outside of Leaderboard, Ed has a passion for teaching business and communications skills to middle school youths on topics around emotional intelligence.
